About Our Service

We are a Barnsley-based, family-run private hire company specializing in long-distance transfers to and from airports, seaports, and coastal resorts. We are available 24/7 for pre-booked travel.

While our primary focus is long-distance travel, we are happy to assist with local taxi services within Barnsley and the surrounding areas if a vehicle is available at the time of your request.

Yes, all our drivers and vehicles are fully insured and licensed with the Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (B.M.B.C) for your safety and peace of mind. Our drivers also undergo regular DBS checks.

Our fleet includes taxis, up to 8 seat minibuses to accommodate a variety of needs, including larger groups and extra luggage.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak holiday periods.

Yes, we will send a PDF confirmation of your booking to your email address at the time you book.

You can make booking enquires online 24/7, but our office hours for phone bookings are Monday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm.

During Your Journey

Don't worry, we monitor all flights and sailings and will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. If your travel is delayed, your driver will still be there for your arrival.

For airport and seaport pick ups our drivers will monitor your arrival time and approximately 30mins after you will receive either a call or text with details of collection point.  

We do not provide child seats, but you are welcome to bring your own. We can safely store it for you until your return journey.

No, all our transfers are private. The price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your party.

Yes, for legal and health and safety reasons, we operate a strict non-smoking, drinking alcohol policy in all our vehicles, this also includes vaping.

Our drivers are happy to assist with your luggage. When booking, please ensure you choose an appropriate vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage you have.

Pricing and Payments

Yes, the price you are quoted is the fixed price you will pay. However, any additional, un-booked stops will be added to the fare.

No, we charge the same fares 24/7, with no extra charges for night travel.

We accept a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash and major credit/debit cards. Card payments can be processed by your driver. You can also make a bank transfer prior to your journey. 

Cancellations & Amendments

We understand that plans can change. You will not be charged to cancel or amend a booking, but we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.

Please contact us directly at your earliest convenience if you need to change any details of your booking.
