1. Requesting a Vehicle

Redline Travel Barnsley operates a pre-booked private hire and transfer service.

When contacting us to make a taxi or transfer booking, you must provide accurate information about your journey, including the number of passengers, amount of luggage and any additional requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable size vehicle is requested and accepted for the number of passengers and luggage travelling.

Any changes to the agreed booking, including but not limited to:

may result in additional charges.

Any additional costs incurred because of changes made after the original booking will be payable by the customer.

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry.

Unless otherwise agreed, the quoted price covers the journey and details confirmed at the time of booking.

If the journey changes or additional services are required, an additional charge may apply.

We reserve the right to amend the price where incorrect, incomplete or misleading information has been provided at the time of booking.

-----

3. Payments

Payment methods accepted may include:

* Cash
* Debit and credit cards
* Apple Pay
* Google Pay
* Bank transfer

Some bookings may require payment in advance or a deposit to secure the vehicle.

Where advance payment is required, your booking may not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Any outstanding balance must be paid as agreed.

-----

4. Cancelling a Booking

Need to cancel your booking? No problem, we understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will be happy to cancel and refund a pre-paid booking, provided that the vehicle has not already been dispatched to collect you.

If the driver has already been dispatched or has started travelling to your collection point, you may incur a cancellation charge based on the distance the driver has already travelled and any costs reasonably incurred in connection with the booking.

Where a vehicle has arrived at the agreed collection point and the passenger does not travel, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be given.

-----

5. Waiting Time

Passengers should be ready to travel at the agreed pickup time.

Waiting time outside of the original booking agreement may result in additional charges.

Additional charges may apply where delays are caused by:

* Passengers not being ready
* Additional unscheduled stops
* Changes to the agreed journey
* Delays caused by passengers
* Extended waiting at airports, stations, venues or other locations

-----

6. Airport Bookings & Flight Delays

When making an airport booking, you are responsible for allowing sufficient time for:

* Your journey to the airport
* Traffic delays
* Airport check-in requirements
* Security procedures
* Any other delays that may reasonably occur

Redline Travel Barnsley will not be responsible for missed flights or other losses caused by a passenger failing to allow sufficient time to reach their destination.

Incoming Flights

For incoming flights, we provide up to 1 hour 30 minutes of free waiting time, starting from the time your flight arrives at the terminal.

After the free waiting period has expired, additional waiting charges may apply at a rate of £15.00 per hour.

Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes without successful contact from the passenger.

If, after this time, the driver has been unable to make contact with the passenger, the booking will be classed as a no-show, and no refund will be offered.

Where flight details have been provided, we will track incoming flights to help us plan your collection.

Although we aim to provide an on-time and reliable service, we cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for losses resulting from delays caused by road conditions, traffic, accidents, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A child cannot be carried on another passenger's lap in place of an available passenger seat.

-----

8. Child Seats

We recommend customers travelling with babies or young children provide their own suitable child seats.

If you are using your own child seat, please let us know when making your booking, we will be happy to store your child seat during your trip until your return journey.
